Cyprus International University also known as CIU was established in 1997 in Lefkosa, the capital city of Northern Cyprus. Today, more than several thousand students from more than 100 different countries are studying at this university. This university is under the groups of Levent company and it is also associated with manufacturing, construction, energy, international trade, agriculture, banking, poultry and dairy companies. Therefore, students are able to gain practical experience in different classrooms and places in the university. The university is active in bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.
