Dr Fazel Kochuk's 39th commemoration ceremony was held yesterday.This ceremony was held as usual every year, with the donation of the wreath to his monument, the half-raising of the flag and a minute of silence, the performance of the country's national anthem and the signing of the book in memory of him by Ersin Tatar and other country officials.
